Two Luxury Home Specialists Join Park Place on Gulf Shore Sales Team

Karl Faerber of William Raveis Real Estate and Director of Sales for Park Place on Gulf Shore has announced two new Luxury Homes Specialists have joined the sales team: Andrew Christopher and Madleine Porter.

Christopher has been a Naples area resident for more than 35 years. He began his real estate career in 2008, selling in the Olde Naples area as an agent for a boutique firm. He quickly established a significant presence in the luxury waterfront market. Setting a sales record for a beachfront property in Aqualane Shores and Old Naples within his first two years earned him the “Significant Sales Award.” To date, Christopher has closed more than a half billion in sales.

Originally from Germany, Porter has been a Naples resident since 2015. Prior to moving to Naples, she resided in Australia and volunteered at an orphanage in Ghana, West Africa, embodying her commitment to making a positive impact wherever she goes. Porter is no stranger to the real estate industry. Her father was one of the top real estate developers in northern Germany. She also earned the C2EX Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of Realtors.
