Park Place on Gulf Shore Reaches Another Milestone

Park Place on Gulf Shore, a new enclave of luxury condominiums being developed on historic Gulf Shore Boulevard North, recently completed the construction of the seawall on its bayside. That milestone opened the door so additional work could begin onsite.

“As of late June, crews have been onsite doing some preliminary work,” stated Karl Faerber of William Raveis Real Estate and Director of Sales for the project. “That included installing a pole as well as solar and a video camera for a live feed video streaming of the Gulf of Mexico to our immediate west.”

He went on to say, “They are also coordinating getting natural gas to the property with TECO. The clearing and grading of the property will also begin soon.”

Faerber added that actual onsite construction is scheduled to commence by the end of 2024.

Once complete, Park Place on Gulf Shore will consist of two mid-rise buildings with a total of 15 exclusive residences. Its waterfront setting allows for 11 private boat slips offering quick and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The community is located just south of the bridge that connects the Moorings neighborhood to the beaches along Gulf Shore Boulevard.

Each of the two mid-rise buildings will be positioned so some of the residences can take advantage of direct bay views to the east, while others will offer views of the Gulf of Mexico to the west.

“This parcel of land is truly special, with both bay and beach views, and the residences have been designed to reflect that special nature,” said Faerber.

The westward-facing building will feature six exceptional residences across its three upper floors, while the eastern-facing building will feature nine equally impressive residences positioned on its three upper floors.

Every residence will be beautifully constructed with 10-foot ceilings and a myriad of luxury finishes. Each residence consists of three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a study.

The eastern facing building will also feature a rooftop exercise area with four stationary bikes.
