Park Place on Gulf Shore Features Fun Rooftop Amenities

The rooftop amenities at Park Place on Gulf Shore will soon take the notion of relaxation to elevated heights.

“What was once a space for air conditioning units is now a beautifully crafted space where residents can relax and enjoy themselves,” said Karl Faerber, Director of Sales for Park Place on Gulf Shore, a new luxury condominium neighborhood of two artfully designed mid-rise buildings with a total of 15 exclusive residences.

Park Place on Gulf Shore is being developed by noted developers Barron Collier Companies of Naples and Golub & Company of Chicago. Nestled on an ideally located waterfront parcel on Gulf Shore Boulevard North, the community lies directly across the street from Moorings Beach Park.

Of the two four-story buildings that will comprise the project, the westward-facing structure will feature six exceptional residences across its three upper floors, while the eastern-facing building will feature nine exceptional residences positioned on its three upper floors.

“But above the residences, in both buildings, will be two uniquely enjoyable spaces,” remarked Faerber. “Our building on the east side of the property facing the bay will have an aptly named Sunrise Rooftop, while the building on the west side of the property and facing the Gulf is the Sunset Rooftop.”

In fact, both buildings will have a number of amenities in the air. They will include two hospitality-inspired rooftops, each with a bar with sink, refrigerator and ice maker, as well as a grill and seating areas throughout. The eastern facing building will also feature an exercise area with four stationary bikes.

“These incredible amenities will provide our residents with exceptional, relaxation spaces to meet with friends,” noted Faerber. “The rooftop views will be phenomenal. In one direction you’ll have the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and in the other are the serene bay waters.  You could say the rooftops are truly the perfect stage to experience daily performances by two main characters –our sky & water views.”

Rooftop amenities are accessible to all residents, no matter which building they reside in.

“If you live in the “Sunrise” building you’ll have access to the Sunset building’s roof and vice versa,” said Faerber. “So from morning to evening, there’s incredible times to be had and views to be enjoyed.”

In addition to the rooftop delights, Park Place on Gulf Shore will include a number of other amenities, albeit on ground level. A bayside pool and surrounding sun deck, 11 private boat slips accommodating boats up to 32 ft. in length, a centrally located pavilion and fire pit, under-building parking and storage units are just a few of added features of Park Place.

Located immediately across the road and just steps away from Park Place on Gulf Shore lies the beautiful white sands of Moorings Beach Park, a private beach park available to Park Place on Gulf Shore residents.

There are many reasons why Park Place on Gulf Shore is attracting attention from prospective buyers, as well as the Naples real estate community. Location and amenities are just a few, but not to be overlooked are the impressive floor plans designed by MHK Architecture in concert with Freestyle Interiors.

Every residence will be artfully constructed, each with 10-foot ceilings and a myriad of luxury finishes.

All six corner residences in the West Building are three-bedroom/plus study/three-and-a-half-bath homes. Four of the six residences have 3,790 square feet under air and 4,152 total square feet. The other two units measure 3,754 A/C sq. ft.

All nine residences in the East Building are also three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath homes. The floor plans in the East Building range from 3,175 to 3,542 A/C sq. ft. or 3,683 to 4,066 total sq. ft.

“Each floor plan was purposely designed for an effortless flow through the unit, while also maximizing the exceptional views from the living areas,” noted Faerber.

Other design features that have captured the imagination of potential residents include the balconies and terraces.

“Our residences were designed with both front and back terraces and balconies,” said Faerber. “The result is that owners have uninterrupted views either of the Bay to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west – all from elevated heights.”

Additional popular features, perfect for entertaining family and friends, include an oversized island in the kitchen, large enough to accommodate four barstools. Every residence also boasts a wet bar and wine tower in the dining area. The kitchen sports a spacious walk-in pantry with an abundance of shelf space and luxurious cabinetry.

As for the primary bedroom, it features large his and hers walk-in closets while the primary bath includes a romantic soaking tub and his and her vanities. Several of the residences also include dual walk-in showers.

In addition to MHK Architecture and Freestyle Interiors, other team members include Naples-based and award-winning Connor & Gaskins Unlimited, which was named Park Place on Gulf Shore’s General Contractor.

While preliminary sitework has already begun, construction on the new buildings is expected to begin in the 4th quarter of this year. Pre-construction prices for this exceptional community start at $7.5 million and contracts are now being accepted.

“This project is one-of-a-kind and needs to be seen to be appreciated,” concluded Faerber. “We look forward to showcasing the floor plans, features and all of Park Place on Gulf Shore’s amenities to those who visit our showroom for a presentation.”

In addition to Faerber, VK “Mel” Melhado and Theresa Bocka of nationally known William Raveis Real Estate, recognized as the #1 Real Estate Company in the U.S. by Inman in 2023, are handling the sales and marketing efforts for the community.

At this time, appointments are being accepted at the sales office which is located at 720 5th Avenue South, Suite 201 in Naples.
