An enclave of new, luxury condominiums will soon make its debut on historic Gulf Shore Boulevard North.

Two successful developers, Barron Collier Companies and Golub & Company, recently purchased the coveted property located at 2020 Gulf Shore Boulevard North and announced plans to build new luxury condominiums on the site.
